As a consultant in translating business and human strategies into goals and strategic objectives for enterprises and plans has included planning for organizational and performance along with employee engagement as well as changes in management. She is a lover of learning, and she views leadership and team building as the most valuable asset. Her broad experience with smaller and mid-sized companies as well as Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders, with proven success and results has have helped to create corporate cultures that embrace changes and learning that positively affect teams as well as organizations.
